In this two-day in-person training in Amsterdam we'll deep-dive into the experience of autonomics, with a focus on the neurobiology of connection, focusing on autonomic fluency, and the five doorways to enduring wellbeing. Safety is the doorway to connection, connection is the doorway to interoception, interoception is the doorway to intuition, intuition is the doorway to relatedness, relatedness is the doorway to enduring wellbeing.

This training is appropriate for coaches and wellness professionals and interested individuals of all kinds wishing to apply the principles of autonomics to wellbeing.
