Works remotely? I will see people remotely when needed, but since my primary modality is touch-based, this is not usually how I work.
Initial Session: I offer a 30 minute complimentary consultation to determine if I can meet your goals, and if it is a good fit. You can schedule an initial session through my website here.
Session Structure:I charge $50 to $80/hr depending on the service offered and the client need. I see people as needed. I recommend four to six sessions to achieve lasting benefit: I want everyone to find greater independence in our work together.
For whom will this be a good fit?I work with people challenged by chronic and complex pain, living with cancer, experiencing Generalized Hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos and dysautonomia, migraines, and chronic headaches. I enjoy supporting clients in deepening their awareness and understanding of their body and how they move through the world. Most bodywork goals are connected with the stress response, the autonomic nervous system, and one's relationship with their own body and felt senses. In addition to using touch and bodywork to support deeper connection and expression of health, additional practices and exercises will be offered. For these clients, we will work together using the Restorative Practices Deep Learning platform to facilitate deeper integration and connection.
