Dr. Elena Stoeva is an MD graduate of Varna Medical University "Professor Paraskev Stoyanov" and Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). For 25 years she has been integrating her knowledge in PM&R with her training in Cranio-sacral Therapy (through Upleger Institute ) and Visceral Manipulations (through Barral Institute), intuitive healing, herbal medicine, and a variety of additional modalities. In her work, she brings a Polyvagal-informed approach to regulating the Autonomic Nervous System, incorporating therapeutic yoga, dance, touch, and movement. Elena works in-person at her clinic in Memphis, Tennessee, as well as remotely through Zoom sessions with clients around the world.

I bring a lifetime love and appreciation of the infinite authenticity of Bodywork as Medicine, an integrative healing approach to promoting health and treating different pathological conditions.
