Initial Session: Discovery call through Beyond Wellness
Session Structure:I work with individual clients through our clinic BEYOND. Sessions are typically once every two weeks. I like to assign homework- I want you to learn deeply between sessions, which is part of why I designed this learning platform. 😉 I like to meet for a minimum of five sessions. I prefer to work with a small roster of committed people. For those living in, or near the Bay Area of Northern California, I like to hold sessions at our nature preserve near Nicasio, California (45 minutes from the Golden Gate bridge).
For whom will this be a good fit? Â I'm not a physician, nor am I therapist, or a trauma therapist. So if you are dealing with acute symptoms of physiological or psychological distress, there are other practitioners in our network who are likely a better fit for curation. My expertise is in connection phenomenology, and in removing roadblocks to connection. I've been working on this for 25 years, across six primary disciplinary areas.
Approach When I work one-on-one with people, I generally do this in a reflective mentoring capacity. We'll work across a number of domains, including mindfulness, somatic awareness, deep nature connection, and creativity. My primary interest is in the restoration of vital wellbeing. I often work as part of a trans-disciplinary team with other practitioners in our global clinical network to support clients. While I always work at the pace of your nervous system, my objective is to help you achieve your wellbeing goals as crisply and quickly as possible.
