Compost Winter

Compost Winter
In deep winter, ancestrally, we turned inward. As the Sun sank early beneath the horizon, came the time for us to move inward, to the hearth, close to the earth, to tell stories, to craft, and to reflect on the year behind us and dream toward the year ahead. In this brief practice, we explore what is means to compost the year behind us, to reflect, to turn our attention inward as we move through the natural world in winter.
