Take me to the dream

Dream Tracking

Dream Tracking

Learning from your dreams

For modern people in particular, dreams are a deeply under-utilized portal to awareness and transformation. Traditional and ancestral cultures around the world have looked to dreams for inspiration and guidance since the dawn of time, knowing they were a conduit to other realms. Dream cultures that maintain this practice gather in dream circles to share dreams and interpret them, and have learned to work with their dreams. In this practice, John Stokes teaches us how to learn from our dreams, how to remember them, how to recover them, and explores the way that they can open doors to deeper awareness and transformation.
