Embodied Movement

The brain doesn't like not being connected to the body

In this movement practice, facilitated by Caitríona Nic Ghiollaphrádraig, we explore Daniel Siegel's Wheel of Awareness practice through the vehicle of the body. A meditation through movement, the practice will draw your attention through the body, and through the emergence of spontaneous movement, to help you find centering in the body itself, and its organic impulses towards organization and settling.
