Open Your Heart

{10 minutes}

Open Your Heart

This is an ADVANCED practice. Do not do this if your body is in a defensive platform: appease, fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown. This is a Kundalini yoga practice, and it is very intense. It involves a particular pranayama breathwork pattern coupled with an asana. It is physically demanding. It has the ability to open the heart energetically. Approach with respect.

Who taught us this?

Gabriel learned this practice from one of his root teachers, Gurucharn Singh Khalsa, who was one of Yogi Bhajan's early students, and spent decades studying and teaching Kundalini yoga, the heart, and consciousness.
