While there are now places in the world that have been vaccinated to the degree that restrictions are easing, many people are finding themselves feeling nervous or uncomfortable around other people in ways that they weren't before. Please understand there isn't something wrong with you: your autonomic nervous system has simply re-tuned. In this video, we'll explore how to tune it back.
