3-day Autonomics Boot Camp for mBIT Master Coaches

This is a 3-session, 6-teaching-hour Autonomics bootcamp with the founder of Hearth Science, Natureza Gabriel. This is designed as a concise accelerated course of study in the foundation model of Autonomics for mBIT master coaches.
We will be teaching the principal frameworks of autonomic physiology that we have spent the past 30 years organizing into a living map.
Topics will include:
- • foundation concepts in Autonomics: neuroception, interoception, autonomic state, salugenic vs pathogenic
- • the autonomics mandala
- • how autonomic neurology coordinates and de-coordinates in the presence of safety signals
- • how Autonomics function in a spiral or a circle, not as a ladder
- • how we can intervene in three dimensions (neuroception, neurology, chemistry) to help shift people out of maladaptive states
- • how we can focus on health-creating (salugenic) states through activating the neurobiology of connection
Our objective here is to offer a brief accelerated course of study for people wishing to engage with our work in the context of mBIT.
This course is timed to better meet the needs of participants in Europe and Asia.
We will make use of two texts:
The Neurobiology of Connection, and Hearth Science. You are strongly encouraged to read The Neurobiology of Connection before we start. Hearth Science we will make use of in discrete ways.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
