LOGISTICS: This is an informational session about our yearlong graduate practicum training leading to certification in Autonomics. The program is two semesters long, and by application. The first semester is our foundation model seminar. The second semester (with instructor approval) is our autonomic tracking semester.

ABOUT: This yearlong program, led by Hearth Science Founder Natureza Gabriel, and our methodology team, is a rigorous, experiential, hands-on immersion in applied Autonomics. Over the course of a year you will learn

• • A rigorous pedagogy of Autonomics theory (our new foundation model in Autonomics)
• • Precise self-tracking skills
• • The ability to track autonomic states in your patients and clients with precision
• • An understanding of how to support the organic transformation of distress states
• • An understanding of how to help your patients and clients evoke connection states

The program is cohort-based, trans-disciplinary, and diverse.
It is a hybrid of online and face-to-face.
It is HIGHLY experiential, and works along the lines of a classical apprenticeship.
During the tracking semester, you will meet with us for a weeklong face-to-face retreat to practice autonomic tracking and clinical skills.
