Autonomics Poster

From the team that created the Official Polyvagal Posters in 2020, our newest Autonomics poster maps 13 of the most common autonomic states, articulates our revised model of in vivo ANS function, explains how Autonomics conceptualizes state as an integral of autonomic temperature (safety, danger, and lifethreat), neurology, and neurochemistry, and differentiates the model from previous autonomic physiology models (autonomic balance, Polyvagal Theory).
