ABOUT: This three-day training with Hearth Science Founder Natureza Gabriel will deep-dive into the neurobiology of connection.
You will read the book before arriving. On day one, we will deep-dive experientially into the foundation model of Autonomics. On days two and three we will focus on tracking autonomic physiology, and evoking connection states.
This training is for practitioners: wellness professionals and coaches. A foundation literacy with autonomic physiology will be presumed. You can achieve this in a variety of ways, including by doing self-paced work with our Practitioner Training Subscription.
