Simple, elegant, effective. Basic concepts and tools easily and effectively presented. The only element that could be missing is the suggestion that these tools gain in power and healing effect over time and through practice. It does not happen all at once. The need may reappear over and over and over again as long as we are humans in a body on this earth.
I love the association of walking around to relieve anxiety, instead of yoga or meditation. Brilliant.
