Join Gabriel for a 4-day deep-dive into 'Finding Home in Your Nervous System'.
We have developed a new foundation model of the living autonomic nervous system based on a novel methodological approach (autonomic tracking) that we have introduced to the research literature.
Finding Home in Your Nervous System is a highly experiential workshop designed for people with interoceptive competence developed from meditation, somatics practice, or movement practice.
The autonomic nervous system governs the deepest and most powerful levers that shape our felt moment-to-moment experience of wellbeing. He worked with Steve Porges for several years, and has developed what I consider to be the most accurate and most useful model of the autonomic nervous system.”
We will make use of:
Finding Home in Your Nervous System, and The Autonomics Trilogy, namely: The Neurobiology of Connection (digital version here), GROUND, and Body as Verb (forthcoming late 2026).
