In this two-day in-person training in the Seattle area we'll deep-dive into the neurobiology of connection, focusing on autonomic fluency, and the five doorways to enduring wellbeing. Safety is the doorway to connection, connection is the doorway to interoception, interoception is the doorway to intuition, intuition is the doorway to relatedness, relatedness is the doorway to enduring wellbeing.
