Susan Estep has multiple master's degrees, in Counseling and Inter-disciplinary studies, and weaves together trauma-informed coaching and counseling modalities. She says:
"I am deeply interested in helping people recover their spirit and themselves. I use a variety of modalities to support this direction. Most are deeply heart-centered and include breathwork, hypnotherapy, subtle energy, personal narrative as living experience, and heart-with-heart sharing. I like to help people re-establish deep kinship with place, with the Living World, with ancestry. I am passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma, including birth trauma, and grief and loss, and are seeking a deeper experience of wholeness. When I work with people, I invincibly refuse to see people as anything other their own wholeness. I'm able to help people realize and experience that they are not their trauma, and to reclaim the parts of themselves that know how to follow their own potential. This work tends to be deeply collaborative, and honors your intuition. I'm very good at bridging between where you are now, and your own north star."

For whom will this be a good fit?I am passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma and are seeking to recover their sense of wholeness.
Approach I am focused on deep listening, and collaborating with my clients to re-awaken an experience of wholeness. Often people come to me feeling deep shame, or feeling hopeless, or deeply hurt, or misunderstood. We walk together to remember an experience of wholeness that you have to find again for yourself. I think of this as remembering yourself from the inside out, which facilitates great inner trust. When we trust ourselves, we lose a certain fearfulness, as we re-discover this inner resonance of heart.
