Ancestral Embodiment
A Dialog with Philip Shepherd
Philip Shepherd is is Creator and Director of the Embodied Present Process. He is the author of Radical Wholeness, New Self, New World, and Deep Fitness. Fifty years ago, as a teenager in Ontario he watched a performance of Japanese Noh theatre, was thunderstruck by it, and decided to move to Japan to study it. For some reason he flew to the United Kingdom, got on a bicycle, and rode to Japan. Over the past fifty years, his explorations of the body through the present moment have transformed the texture of lived experience for thousands of people around the world. This is a deep free-ranging dialog at the intersection of Autonomics and embodied presence.
