The World's Simplest Meditation

{Written practice}

The World's Simplest Meditation

Stunning in its simplicity

You ready? You will need, for this meditation, a set of earplugs. You will put them in. Then you will follow your breath, which you can now hear. You will bring your full attention to the sound of the breath. Using the sound as a guide, you will allow your breath to deepen. You will allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm. You will surf your breath, allowing it to extend as you experience the sound of it becoming elongated, smooth, and wavelike.
