Carry a Sketchbook
{A Written Practice}
Carry a Sketchbook
Throw one in your bag.
Drawing gives your brain a break. It taps into creativity, and gives you an immediate expressive outlet. Carrying a sketchbook around with you, in a purse, or a backpack, gives you this access anytime you want it.
And using a pencil or a fine-tipped pen? A neural exercise in its own right. Increases motor control, precision, hand-eye coordination.
