Take A Bath

{A Written Practice}

Take a Bath

Immerse yourself.

This is not a practice that requires a video explanation. Simply immerse yourself in water- warm or cool depending on what you need. Soak. Use epsom salt, or add a mineral bath, or diffuse essential oils: eucalyptus, fir, rose, etc. Focus on the sensations of water against the body. Chill out. Vegetate. Relax. Read. Do nothing. Recover your earth-based pace.
