On igniting the spark of your natural vitality.
In Tz'utujil Mayan, the word for aliveness, n kasea, means 'the ember yet glows.' This spark of life is our natural vitality. It is something that we can learn to nourish, with the proper fuel, and that we can grow into a more vibrant and vital center in our ourselves. In this video, we explore natural vitality, and begin to examine the attitudes and practices that can help us contact and develop this inner spark.
