Burn Incense

Burning incense is one of those things that, like Opening a window, can rapidly change the Inputs to your nervous system. We often under-estimate the degree to which our sense of smell can impact upon our feeling state. Your nose is basically wired straight into the front of your brain. Please or awaken it and your can shift your state pretty deeply. Key here is taking the time to allow yourself to take in the the experience through mindful awareness by putting the spotlight of your attention on it.
