Connecting Mapping
Visualizing Your Connection Resources
Connection Mapping is a practice for visualizing your connection resources–be they relationships, activities, places, or anything really. This process of bringing attention to the places in our lives where we do have connection, and of reflecting deeply on the nature of these connections, fortifies our sense of our own resources for wellbeing. Through this practice, you’ll actually create a map of some of the facets of your connection resources, to which you can return again and again.
