Glimmers

Glimmers
with Deb Dana, LCSW
In this brief practice, we focus on identifying, and then stringing together moments where our connection systems are online. Noticing a glimmer doesn't discount suffering, or trauma, but rather acknowledges that if we are on the lookout for moments of beauty and connection we can let them in, to help heal us.
