Implicit Bias & Owning Whiteness

Implicit Bias & Owning Whiteness

Its only implicit until you can address it directly

In the film above, created specifically to support the anti-racist practice of White folks, we take a deep dive into what implicit or unconscious bias actually is, at a physiological level, and begin to explore practices to better understand, and to subsequently deconstruct it. This film is a complement to How Whiteness Operates, and extends terms and concepts that articulated there.

The Restorative Practices Alliance is headquartered in Northern California and serves internationally. Our mission is to re-center safety and connection as the baseline of an ecological human multi-culture. We are a philanthropic ancestral neuro-technology cooperative and culture repair engine, powered by intellectual property licensed from Applied Mindfulness, Inc., and held in trust from other sources of wisdom. Although current legal and economic structuring requires that we have kick-ass intellectual property attorneys, we affirm that wisdom cannot be owned and isn't for sale.
