What the Restorative Practices Alliance is all about
This video is a conversation between Natureza Gabriel Kram, Convener of the Restorative Practices Alliance, and Fleet Maull, Mindfulness Teacher and Host of the Global Resilience Summit. We were asked to speak during the summit on the day focused on community healing. In the conversation we speak about language, collectives, the critical importance of anti-racist work, why birds are better physiological trackers than Fitbit, and the importance of Polvyagal Theory.
