We have just opened access to our deep learning platform. Prior to this moment, individuals seeking access to the platform required a certified wellness practitioner guide. This is the same body of work that we were asked to teach to the entire faculty of the Stanford University School of Medicine, have presented through keynote address to the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, has been requested for implementation by the UN twice, which we were asked to utilize with special units of NATO, and in which we have trained global executives of the Leadership Circle, one of the world's leading executive coaching and leadership development firms. Now you too can access it directly. If you'd like to learn more about our work, listen to Gabriel's interview on the Innovations in Care podcast.
Designed for humans seeking to recover their fullest version of flourishing, the platform unites cutting-edge neuroscience with ancestral and Indigenous lifeways in a spiral map of choose-your-own-adventure transformation. (You can explore an interactive data visualization of the model here.)
The platform unites an extraordinary library of resources, including 35 educational films, and dozens of conversations with wisdom carriers, with an ever-expanding array of restorative practices for connecting with Self, Others, and Nature (300+ practices at present). From bird language to tracking, reflective listening to connecting with your ancestors, practices to build intuition, embodiment, and sensory calibration to tailored polyvagally-informed meditative practices, the platform contains exquisite content filmed with world-leading experts and wisdom holders, much of it at our nature film studio in California.
This library is combined with a set of proprietary filtering tools, including autonomic nervous system assessments and connection landscaping tools to allow your symptoms, yearnings, and meaning-making to guide the way the platform organizes possible exploration.
Because it is a map, not a linear progression, every film, framework, and practice forms a node in a larger network, and at each point along your path you can see everything connected to where you are. Because we retain information when it is relevant to us, this allow each person engaging with the platform to find the pathways through content that are most meaningful to them.
Disciplinary areas of focus include: neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic awareness, embodiment, movement, sensory calibration, creativity, ethics, co-liberation, communication, empathy, social justice, relating across difference, conflict resolution, deep nature connection, eco-attachment, Indigenous Lifeways, and cultural linguistics.
The platform is being used successfully in the treatment of a wide variety of stress-related disorders, including with clinical partners in the treatment of generalized stress (life, work, transition, chronic, toxic, traumatic), anxiety, depression, gastro-intestinal disease (IBD), auto-immune issues, post-traumatic stress injury, and complex chronic illness.
The platform is utilized by mental health and integrative medical clinics around the world. Our work has been requested by multiple divisions at the UN, Stanford University School of Medicine, and featured in Psychology Today.
The platform has an analog app: our book Restorative Practices of Wellbeing.
Please note: In much the same way that you probably wouldn't gain the most from visiting a new country without a guide, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you engage this subscription with a certified curator. While this is not required, you are basically turning on a piano with 350 keys that is capable of playing complex harmonic chord progressions. Guidance from somone trained to help you with this is likely useful. Once you have purchased the subscription, be sure to visit the Directory of Practitioners to find a curator.
