Behavior Change

How do we get out of the box?

The Art & Science of Behavior change is where the idea of doing things differently (the rubber) meets the reality of our lives (the road). How we navigate transformation, even, dare we say, the ability to transform, is a question of behavior change. Over the past fifteen years, with the emergence of the field of behavior design, and as our understanding of the drivers of human behaviors radically expands with an awareness that most of what is driving behavior is beneath the threshold of conscious awareness, our ability to steer our lives has the potentially to dramatically increase. This active agency, becoming empowered as our own most powerful advocates for change, and then being able to understand the terrain of our lives, and where we want to go, are themes explored in this video.
