The Quick Checklist
Why Don't I Feel Good?
Sometimes at the end of the day, you just feel off-center. We call this the quick checklist. It's like the 12-point inspection they do on your vehicle when you take it into the shop. You can think of this as a sort of preliminarily list to run through when you realize that you don't feel well.
1) Did I eat?
When was the last time I had something to eat?
2) Did I drink?
When was the last time I had to drink?
3) Did I use the bathroom?
When was the last time I used the bathroom?
4) Did I exercise?
When was the last time I moved my body?
5) Did I bathe?
When was the last time I had a shower, a bath, a dip in water?
6) Did I take a deep breath?
When was the last time you took a deep breath?
7) Did I feel my feet on the ground?
When was the last time I felt my feet on the ground?
8) Did I go outside?
When was the last time you went outside?
If you run through this list, and realize that you haven't done any thing on the list, do that thing...
