Feel yourself from inside.
In this simple practice, we bring our attention to sensation in the body. The practice is so simple that the magnitude of its impacts are sometimes surprising. This a profound and elegant way to check in with yourself in the present moment. All you need is a couple of minutes, and a place safe enough to feel comfortable closing your eyes.
