Weaving Living Networks
Early Experiments in Designing a Living Network
How do we weave a living network that utilizes the true talents of a group of people? How do we create organizational structures that don't suppress creativity or unnecessarily encumber individuals? What are the qualities that need to be supported for a group to self-organize in this manner? In this video, we explore the evolution of the Restorative Practices Alliance in terms of its organizational and governance structure, as it seeks a form to reflect its deepest aspirations. Not a company, not an NGO, not a cooperative, not a social movement, we explore how to harmonize emergent structure with intent as the organism grows and evolves.
